Combined tour through history, agriculture and artisanal production of two emblems of Lanzarote: Cheese and Wine. We will discover the island in its interior, outside of the big tourist tours, with a small group of visitors. We want our customers to know how the production of these two jewels of the island cuisine. Also, we want to answer all the questions generated in our visitors, how old living Lanzarote, what they ate, how they were getting water, how to cultivate. Finally, we want all this, is enjoyed with the cuisine of the island.
The trip includes a visit to a handmade cheese factory, wineries DO Lanzarote, and a farm of the nineteenth century.
